SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING ($6)

  • Standard shipping is estimated between 3-5 business days. Standard shipping services consist of delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery typically occurs Monday-Saturday.

  • Once your order has been placed you will then receive an order confirmation number via email.

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

PRIORITY SHIPPING  ($7.50)

​

  • Priority shipping is estimated between 1-3 business days. Priority shipping services consist of delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery typically occurs Monday-Friday. Please note a signature is required upon delivery for priority shipping orders. Order must be submitted by 12pm EST to ship the same day.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING  ($17.50)

​

  • Overnight shipping orders must be placed Monday-Thursday before 12pm EST. Please note overnight orders that are placed on Friday by 12pm EST. will be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day (Monday).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  ($22.50 and up)

​

  • International shipping is estimated between 6-10 business days depending on the specific region. Please note that certain countries may charge additional fees such as customs fee as well as independent carrier fees. For additional information regarding international shipping contact us.

INVALID ADDRESS POLICY:

​

Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.

 

Please ensure that all Suite/ Apt/ Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in the “Address Line 2”.

 

If the above recommendations are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Any orders over $75 immediately becomes eligible for free standard shipping

  • Please note that SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional but highly recommended. If for any reason a package is lost by the carrier Everything Silky Smooth & Buttery will NOT be responsible*

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

  • Please note that additional shipping time may be required due to an invalid address, weather related issues and holidays.
